Nick Montana's first start at quarterback for Washington had some good moments, but in the end he gave way to Keith Price after Oregon State built a big lead. Montana was 11-of-21 for 79 yards and two scores, but struggled to move the offense in the second half.
Montana's yardage total tells you that he struggled to get anything going downfield, and the Beavers started shutting down the short stuff after halftime. Price came on in the fourth quarter to try and jump-start the offense.
