With Lennon Creer day to day with an ankle injury, running back Hunter Lee was expected to fill the gap for Louisiana Tech. However, the Bulldogs only had 16 total rushing attempts for 57 yards.
With New Mexico State's defense that is giving up more than 200 yards rushing a game up next, Creer would make an excellent start if he is healthy. If Creer is unable to go, Lee would be worth a flier with such a juicy matchup.
