California backup running back C.J. Anderson had a game to remember Friday. Anderson rushed 10 times for 48 yards and two scores, then he turned a huge 74-yard pass reception into a score. He took a short dumpoff and was gone.
Anderson is a very good player and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him challenge Sofele for more playing time in 2012. Anderson is fast and has power and demonstrated both in the win over ASU.
