Tulane is expected to announce that Curtis Johnson, the Saints WR coach, will be named the next head coach.
Johnson was an assistant at the University of Miami when the Hurricanes made nine bowl appearances and won the 2001 national championship. He has a tall challenge ahead of him rebuilding the program.
