After repeated problems towing the line at Oregon, multi-talented cornerback/return man Cliff Harris has been dismissed from the team for violation of team rules.
Harris has played sparingly this season in-between suspensions for various offenses. Apparently, the issues were just too many for coach Chip Kelly and his staff.
