The Arizona State head coaching hunt continues with a source close to the program confirming that Southern Miss coach Larry Fedora, Baylor coach Art Briles and Oregon OC Mark Helfrich, a former ASU assistant, are coaching candidates. Houston's Kevin Sumlin also could be back in the mix depending on what he does moving forward.
Arizona State has a nice stable of talent returning in 2012, but the hire here will be crucial after the program would appear to be coming off back-to-back seasons that would best be described as "underachieving."
