Toledo head coach Tim Beckman announced to his team this morning that he is accepting the head coaching position at Illinois.
This looks like a great hire as he obviously has Midwestern connections, is defensive-minded but has had much success on the offensive side of the ball, can recruit, and has shown that he can develop those recruits.
