Former Auburn head coach Terry Bowden is leaving his current job at North Alabama and heading to Akron, according to reports.
It's a pretty big name for lowly Akron. Bowden has been slow to rebuild his career after falling from grace on the plains, but he's got a shot to make some of the Zips fantasy options. Miracles won't happen in 2012, but don't completely ignore this team.
