Former Ohio State quarterback Taylor Graham has decided to transfer to Hawaii where he will play under new head coach Norm Chow.
Chow's pro-style offense is a much better fit for Graham than the dual-threat friendly offense of Urban Meyer. Graham will not be eligible to play until 2013.
