Wide receiver DeAnthony Arnett is being allowed to transfer from Tennessee but head coach Derek Dooley is not allowing the young speedster to head to either Michigan or Michigan State.
Arnett is leaving Knoxville to be closer to an ailing father so this seems pretty raw in my opinion. With a block on the state of Michigan, Arnett could wind up near South Bend or at a MAC school.
