While celebrating the team's bowl win over Wake Forest, Mississippi State receiver Chad Bumphis was arrested following an incident at a bar in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Bumphis has been a huge disappointment on the field during his career for the Bulldogs and this doesn't make things much better.
