Texas A&M running back Cyrus Gray (fractured shoulder) was expected to give it a go against Northwestern, but Ben Malena played in place of him and ran for 77 yards and two touchdowns.
Too bad for Gray, who is a senior, but hopefully he will find a future in the NFL. Meanwhile, Malena looks like the next man in line at running back for the Aggies.
