San Diego State star running back Ronnie Hillman will not return to the Aztecs. Hillman confirmed today that he will declare for the 2012 NFL Draft. Hillman is a true sophomore, but is three years removed from high school, which means he's eligible to go -- and he is.
In two seasons at SDSU, Hillman has rushed for 3,200 yards and scored 36 touchdowns. This season, he was fifth nationally with 131 yards per game. Hillman's draft evaluation indicated he would be taken about the third round, which was good enough to prompt him to make the move.
