Per the Syracuse athletics department, wide receiver Alec Lemon will miss spring drills due to surgery on his shoulder. Lemon set a single-season school record with 68 receptions, accounting for 834 yards and six touchdowns.

Lemon was the Orange's leading receiver, and with Van Chew, Dorian Graham and tight end Nick Provo all moving on it's important that he be healthy for the start of fall camp.
