Michigan wide receiver Darryl Stonum has been dismissed from the team.  Stonum has had several run-ins with the law and according to head coach Brady Hoke was not meeting the "higher standard you must be accountable to as a University of Michigan football student-athlete."

Stonum had a big season for the Wolverines in 2010 but didn't see the field this year.  If he decides to play elsewhere, he would need to transfer to a lower division as he has just one more year of eligibility.
