The NCAA has recently denied Tom Savage's appeal for a hardship waiver since transferring from Rutgers to Arizona and likely back to Rutgers which means Savage will not be eligible to play until 2013.
This could very well lead the young signal caller to explore the FCS level but the Scarlet Knights are in good shape with Chas Dodd and Gary Nova.
