After just wrapping up the 2012 recruiting cycle, Southern Miss head coach Ellis Johnson looks to have lost the team's leading rusher for all of next season.  Jamal Woodyard injured his knee in the bowl game against Nevada, and he will require another procedure on that same knee later on.

Even without Woodyard, the Golden Eagles are loaded in the backfield with Desmond Johnson, Tracy Lampley, and Kendrick Hardy.
