The Star Tribune reports that three Minnesota assistants went down to Baylor last week in hopes of getting some tips on how to use multi-dimensional quarterback MarQueis Gray in a fashion similar to how Robert Griffin was utilized.
No one is telling Gray to make reservations for the Heisman ceremony, however he certainly is one of the more intriguing quarterbacks heading into 2012. And in a year with so much transition at the position, this Gopher could emerge as one of 2012's breakout stories...provided some complementary skill talent steps up and assists.
