SportsDay DFW reports that while the Texas Tech offense struggled during Saturday's scrimmage, wide receiver Derek Edwards joined Seth Doege and Ronnie Daniels as guys who didn't have to use their AK, thus they "had a good day."
Alex Torres and Austin Zouzalik are still out with injuries, thus guys like Edwards are getting a chance to make a little noise. He redshirted last season and came to lovely Lubbock as a Rivals four-star. So we'll keep y'all abreast of his development.
