South Carolina dual-sport star Bruce Ellington has decided to forgo playing football to pursue basketball only.  Ellington played wide receiver and Wildcat quarterback for the Gamecock football squad and starting point guard for the basketball team.

Ellington racked up over 700 total yards last year with the bulk of them on kick returns.  Even without the cousin of Andre Ellington, the team has plenty of receiver talent in Nick Jones, Ace Sanders, and Shamier Jeffery.
