While he says he is not ready to call him the next Michael Floyd, Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly has said that the athleticism of wide receiver DaVaris Daniels was evident and impressive on the first day of spring practice.
The Irish could really use Daniels to step up, as the leading receiver over six feet tall on the team is John Goodman, who managed just seven receptions last season.
