It seems like during his entire career as a Nittany Lion that Curtis Drake has been waiting to make an impact as an offensive playmaker but just couldn't stay healthy. Now that he is healthy, he should have the opportunity to make an impact but it will have to be on the other side of the ball as he has been practicing with the secondary.
If Penn State can find a decent quarterback, they have some nice receiving targets for him to throw to in Justin Brown and Devon Smith. Until the battle between Rob Bolden and Matt McGloin (and possibly Danny O'Brien) shakes out, the main fantasy option is Silas Redd.
