Barner leads Ducks RB brigade

Oregon's Kenjon Barner is ready to assume the full-time duties of running back for Oregon. With LaMichael James gone and several backs gone or transferred, the question is how much will Barner get to carry the load and who will spell him?

De'Anthony Thomas is back, but he's more of a hybrid back-receiver type, so it's hard to classify him as the true running back backup. The Ducks will be looking to find some depth at the running back spot this spring. Barner should slip nicely into James' old number of carries and have a big season.
