Even though he has not been cleared to play this season, Michigan State wide receiver DeAnthony Arnett is practicing and has his quarterback, Andrew Maxwell, raving about his speed.
Arnett's speed would be a great complement to the size of Tony Lippett and Bennie Fowler and, assuming he is cleared to play, could see him as a favorite target right away.
