Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron made mincemeat of the secondary in the team's scrimmage this Saturday, throwing for 290 yards and three touchdowns on 25-of-43 passing.  His top targets were Christion Jones who had seven grabs for 83 yards and a score and Kenny Bell who contributed 68 yards and another touchdown.

First of all, notice that he threw the ball 43 times which is usually a two-game total.  While he won't put up gaudy passing numbers, McCarron's development will sure help the ground game come along and could give us Bell as a fantasy option.
