Last season the savior of the Rutgers running game was supposed to be Savon Huggins but the actual leader of the ground charge wound up being Jawan Jamison. Now that Huggins is healthy, Jamison is working to hold down his top spot.
I really liked what I saw in Jamison last season. He is thickly built, quicker than fast, and his legs never stop churning. He has already drawn comparisons to Ray Rice. Keep an eye on how the carries shake out between himself and Huggins but if Jamison can exit the spring as the No. 1, he is worth picking up.
