This spring has been a rough one for Penn State wide receiver Devon Smith. First drugs were found in his apartment and now he will miss the rest of the spring with a foot injury.
Smith is one of the team's fastest players and should play a big part of the offense once he is healthy. But his fantasy value is limited by the relatively sub par quarterback play.
