Oregon wide receiver Rahsaan Vaughn spent his first year out of the junior college ranks adjusting to the speed of the Ducks' offense. But now that he has a year under his belt, he is ready to be the main target in the passing game.
Outside of De'Anthony Thomas (who will see more carries this year) and Josh Huff (who is dealing with a DUI charge), Vaughn is the team's leading receiver. If he establishes himself as the top target, he is worth a late-round selection.
