Arizona has been using this spring to build up the passing ability of quarterback Matt Scott as they already know how dangerous he is as a runner.  Scott showed off his passing prowess once more in the team's scrimmage finishing with 315 yards and four touchdowns with zero interceptions.

Part of his gaudy statistics has to be the quality of the defense he is facing, but needless to say, Scott is a perfect piece of the Rich Rod offensive puzzle and is worth picking up as a QB3.
