ESPN writer Kevin Gemmell has chosen Oregon State wide receiver Brandin Cooks as his top breakout star in the Pac-12 and based on his write up, coach Mike Riley seems to agree.  Cooks caught 31 passes for 391 yards and three touchdowns as a freshman last season.

With Sean Mannion back slinging the pigskin, the Beavers will need someone to step up opposite Markus Wheaton and it appears that Cooks is a prime candidate to do so.  Consider Cooks an option in Pac-12 only leagues at this time.
