Former Tennessee wide receiver DeAnthony Arnett has been given a waiver by the NCAA and will be eligible to play for Michigan State this fall.  Arnett moved closer to home to help take care of his ailing father.

Arnett is a speedy, possession receiver who could be a nice safety valve for new quarterback Andrew Maxwell.  Combined with bigger targets like Bennie Fowler and Keith Mumphery, the Spartan passing game should do just fine.
