Purdue running back Reggie Pegram has decided to leave West Lafayette and return to the Lone Star State to take care of an ailing family member. He will attend North Texas and is hoping to receive a NCAA waiver that will allow him to play right away.
If Pegram is eligible to play in 2012, he could be a bit of a sleeper as North Texas graduated their top two rushers from last year.
