Before playing a collegeiate snap as a member of the Wolfpack, Nevada wide receiver Nigel Westbrooks is slated to miss the 2012 season after tearing his ACL.
Even though quarterback Cody Fajardo is more of a runner than a passer, the Wolfpack are in need of some depth to materialize behind Brandon Wimberly. Westbrook is similarly sized to former Nevada receiver Rishard Mathews and was expected to make an early contribution.
