Duke tight end Braxton Deaver had surgery on Tuesday to repair a fractured petalla in his left knee. This is a big setback for Deaver as he was already coming off an ACL injury from last fall.
We had Deaver as one of our sleeper/comeback tight ends for 2012. Now it seems unlikely he'll be a factor this fall.
