Missouri qauterback James Franklin (torn labrum) has begun throwing and the team's phycisian says that his recovery has gone very well and he's "cautiously optimistic" that Franklin will be ready for camp in August.
It would be wise to wait and see how Franklin looks once camp starts before burning a draft pick. He's still a risk.
