Tennessee defensive back Prentiss Waggner has been going up against wide receiver Justin Hunter in 7-on-7s this offseason which has him fairly confident that Hunter is back to health.
Hunter started off last season on a tear with over 300 yards receiving in the first two games before going down with a torn ACL. With Tyler Bray back at quarterback and Da'Rick Rogers lining up opposite him, Hunter should be one of the top receivers off the board in any league.
