With all the fallout at Penn State, current players have been allowed to transfer without having to sit out a year which inevitably has some suitors calling.  The first of which is USC as they are openly interested in picking up junior running back Silas Redd.

Outside of Curtis McNeal, the Trojans have very little experience in their backfield so acquiring Redd would immediately boost their already potent offense and likely have them as a favorite to win the national championship.
