Northwestern transfer wide receiver Kyle Prater has been cleared by the NCAA to play this fall.
This is big news for the Wildcats and gives Kain Colter another weapon. However, unless you're in a Big Ten only league -- where there is a dearth of fantasy receivers -- use caution here. Colter is more of a runner than thrower. Use when the matchup is right in all other formats.
