ESPN reports that Penn State wide receiver Justin Brown is still mulling over a possible transfer, with Illinois, Cincinnati and Oklahoma all apparent possibilities.
While Brown is by no means a star of Silas Redd's caliber, his departure would be another blow for Penn State's 2012 chances of a decent campaign.
