West Virginia running back Dustin Garrison (knee) has been cleared and is practicing with the team. "It's great being able to go back out there," Garrison said after practice. "It's the first time I've been able to get back out there with the guys since before the bowl game. I've been all smiles the whole time."
The Mountaineers and fantasy owners have been trying to find the next Steve Slaton for years. Three different true freshman auditioned for the job last fall with Garrison winning most of the reps. As long as his knee holds up, he should again lead the Mountaineers in rushing.
