Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray had two charges stemming from reckless operation of a personal watercraft dismissed today. In exchange for the dismissal, Bray must keep off the water for a year and take some boater safety classes.
If you recall, Bray was cited last month for tossing beer bottles and golf balls off a balcony. I don't know about you, but Bray sounds like a dude I'd like to hang out with during the summer.
