Missouri freshman tight end Sean Culkin will miss 2-3 weeks due to a broken ring finger on his left hand. Culkin is expected to be ready for the season opener.
It's starting to look like we have an SI magazine cover-style jinx going on with our sleeper/keeper tight ends. This shouldn't affect his value too much. We are still talking about a young prospect with plenty of football ahead of him. In related news, Dorial Green-Beckham is seeing more work inside at the Y receiver/tight end spot due to Culkin's injury. But don't expect DGB to be listed as a TE any time soon.
