Quarterback Jeff Tuel went 14-of-19 for 183 yards and four scores while Connor Halliday completed 12-of-20 passes for 223 yards and three scores in Washington State's scrimmage on Saturday. Tuel worked with the first unit, and Halliday with the second.

Looking at the stats and who ran with which team, the obvious assumption is that Tuel still leads. But coach Mike Leach isn't going to make it easy on fantasy owners. "You guys will probably be the last to know," when coach Leach answered questions on who will be the starter.  Leach added that Halliday looked more "explosive" than Tuel.
