While many expected Alabama transfer Phillip Sims to steal away the starting job at Virginia, it was incumbent Michael Rocco who wound up keeping his job.
Rocco was impressive at times as a first-year starter and while he may not be a major fantasy producer, his presence will help guys like Perry Jones, Kevin Parks, and Tim Smith produce.
