Auburn to get deeper in backfield

Auburn running back Eric Smith will return to action this week after missing one game due to a run-in with the law a few weeks ago.
Smith could split time at the running back and H-back positions. His presence will allow the coaching staff to limit Onterio McCalebb's carries a bit. Good news if the freshman is to stay fresh for the entire year.
