Rice coach David Bailiff isn't ready to name his starting quarterback (Nick Fanuzzi, Taylor Cook or Taylor McHargue) for the opener, but he did say that he expects to play two of those lads, unless one catches fire.

The odds of one catching fire in Austin aren't very good, and there's no way you're considering any of the three as a start on Saturday. However the distribution of snaps will give a good indication as to how Bailiff sees the signal caller situation shaking out.
