Tulsa backup quarterback Jacob Bower told Tulsa World that he has decided to transfer. The graduating senior will likely move down to Division 1-AA in order to play next season as a grad student.
Tulsa is now down to starter G.J. Kinne and promising sophomore Shavodrick Beaver. All signs point to Kinne again serving as starter, with Beaver getting on the field in certain situations.
