Rob Bolden gets starting nod

With Matt McGloin recovering from a concussion, Penn State quarterback Robert Bolden has been named the starter for the bowl game against Houston.

Neither is a great quarterback but Bolden is the healthier and his running ability should cause the Cougar defense fits.
