Phillip Sims officially headed to Virginia

Virginia head coach Mike London just got a huge transfer from Alabama in quarterback Phillip Sims.

This is a nice boost for the Cavaliers as Sims is from the state and was a well-regarded recruit coming out of high school.  For now the team has Michael Rocco, who still has two years of eligibility. But Sims could be the future of the program.
